SHOCKING: Man Molests His Girlfriend’s Three-Year-Old Daughter With A Screwdriver (Photo)

Testimony began Monday in the trial of a Mason man accused of defiling a toddler with a screwdriver.
Patrick Parker, 49, is charged with two first-degree felony counts of r*pe and two counts of gross s*xual imposition, third-degree felonies.

Prosecutors say Parker used a screwdriver and his fingers to sexually assault a three-year-old child he was acquainted with and had access to on overnight stays between July 2007 and June 2009.
The alleged crimes were reported about a year later, according to prosecutors.
The girl’s mother testified Monday that she noticed behavioral changes in the girl beginning in 2008 after overnight stays with Parker. In May 2009, she said the girl asked to give her a kiss on the mouth during which she inserted her tongue in her mouth.
When she questioned her daughter, the girl reported Parker had kissed her in that manner, according to the mother’s testimony.
The girl’s mother reported the incident to officials in Kentucky, where she and her daughter lives. The alleged crimes occurred at Parker’s Mason home, according to court documents.
Prosecutors say the girl two years later disclosed to a licensed clinical psychologist that during this time, Parker had digitally penetrated her with his fingers and a device she described as a screwdriver.
The Enquirer generally does not identify victims of s*x crimes and is not identifying the mother to protect her daughter’s identity.
In their opening arguments, defense attorneys denied the accusations and say the girl’s story is riddled with inconsistencies and suggest she may have been coached or asked leading questions by interviewers.
Psychological testing performed on Parker in 2009 after the accusations were made revealed no signs of s*xual deviancy, the attorneys told the judge.
Parker faces a possible life sentence on the r*pe charges. The sentences for the gross s*xual imposition charges carry a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison on each count.
The three-day bench trial is expected to wrap up Wednesday

Is This Boko Haram Leader’s Facebook Profile?

The leader of the terrorist Islamic sect, the so called Imam, Abubakar Shekau, seems to have a facebook page where he communicates and exchanges messages with his friends. In his facebook page, Shekau has denied that Boko Haram collected any ransom to free Alhaji Skettima Munguno, the octogenarian former minister of petroleum that was kidnapped by the sect last month.
Also, as the emergency rule declared in some states but harder, Shekau posted some photos of persons suspected to be his Islamic fighters.
It is rather surprising that Shekau, whose group believe that Western Education is haram, is benefiting from Social Media, by having a facebook profile  Apparently facebook is not haram in Boko Haram’s mind.
In the facebook profile, he even gave his location via google map.
The question now is, could he be out of his mind or this is a profile created by a fun  seeking teenager?
Bellow are some screen shots of his page and some of his friends.
You can find his facebook link here

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested five men for allegedly exhuming corpses and selling their parts for ritual purposes.
According to police authorities, the suspects –, Jamiu Adeleke, Ajibade Rafiu, Fatai Akiwowo, Kazeem Sanni and Agboola Kolawole – had at different times sold human parts in Owode, Ogun State.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Command, Ngozi Braide, said Adeleke was arrested by the police and through his confession, were able to apprehend the others.
She said, “On May 15, 2013, Adeleke was arrested by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad while he was trying to sell human hands for N21,000. Upon interrogation, he confessed that he bought the parts from Sanni at the cost of N6,000.
“Police arrested Sanni and he in turn confessed that the eight hands which he sold belonged to his siblings- his two brothers and sisters. He confessed that he went to their graves and cut off their heads. He confessed that he sold the heads for N8,000 each while he sold the hands for N4,000 each.
“Investigations led to the home of an herbalist, Rafiu, who is also the receiver. He uses the human parts for rituals. In his house, police recovered fresh hands which he claimed was meant for jobs for his customers. We also saw a bottle which he said was crushed human skull mixed in fluid. He said it was for power and he uses it to make medicine for people.”
Braide said investigations showed that prior to his arrest, the herbalist had hired some of the suspects to help him get a living human being at the cost of N40,000.
Braide added that Adeleke, who is an Islamic scholar, however, died while trying to escape from police custody.
The suspects, who did not deny the allegations, said they never killed anyone but only exhumed corpses from graveyards.
Kolawole said he went into the business because he needed money to pay his children’s school fees.
He said, “I am a farmer and I live in a graveyard in Owo, Ogun State. In December last year, I went to see my friend and begged him to lend me money to pay my children’s fees. He then said if I could help him to get human skulls, he would pay me N8,000 for each.
“He came to my house at night and after he had exhumed two of the corpses in the graveyards, he gave me N16,000.
“In May, 2013, I needed money to purchase examination form for my child and I went to meet him again. He said he would give me N16, 000 for two more skulls, so he exhumed two more corpses.”
A 25-year-old suspect, Sanni, who claimed to be a commercial motorcycle rider, said he had only exhumed two corpses, adding that he ran out of the business when his clients started demanding for a human being.
He said, “Akinowo told me to get two skulls for him and I did. He gave me N6,000 and N8,000. He later told me to get a live human being for him but when I could not find one, they started disturbing me with telephone calls.  I only sold two skulls.”
The herbalist, Rafiu, said he never exhumed any corpse rather, it was the other suspects that were always pestering him to buy body parts.
Rafiu, who claimed to be 28 years, said he did not use the corpses for money rituals but used it in preparing a potion which people drank for protection.
“I never sent anyone to supply me human parts. They always bring the parts to my place and beg me to buy,” he said.
Asked what was in the bottle recovered from him, he said, “The bottle I am holding contains a burnt and crushed human skull and schnapps. Anybody who drinks it will be immune to all forms of attack. I have been doing this for about seven years now but I have never drunk the potion. I am even scared to use it.
“I have a wife and child and it is this job I use in sustaining myself.”
Another suspect, Akinowo, said poverty pushed him into the illegal business. Akinowo, who spoke amid tears, said he was paid N8,000 for each body part.
Akinowo said in his statement that he cut the heads of his late brothers and two sisters buried in private graves in his compound and sold them for N8,000 each.

“He was my boyfriend and we had arguments in February. He beat me to the extent that I was not able to go to school for three days. I told him I was no longer interested in the relationship. He later tried to forcibly take my telephone, but I refused to give it to him. I told him he was not the one who bought it for me.”

“On March 23, he called and asked me to meet him in front of our house. I refused initially, but he insisted, so I came out. He asked: “Do you mean you don’t want me again?” I said: “No! I was no more interested in the relationship. And immediately, he poured the acid on my face.

Since that day, I have been on admission at the UBTH and the doctors say I might not see again except I am flown to India where my eyes could be restored."

“I never knew he would have the heart to pour acid on me. I made a mistake. I have learnt the biggest lesson of my life. My prayer now is that God should touch kind-hearted Nigerians to come to my aide so that I would be able to get treatment abroad, since my parents cannot afford it.”

Doctors in the hospital believe she may never see again except she is flown to a specialist hospital in India, where her sight could be restored.

Mandela’s Daughters Sue Their Father

Johannesburg – Nelson Mandela's daughters are suing him for the rights to his artworks and control of his millions, The Star reported on Monday.

According to the newspaper, Zenani and Makaziwe Mandela intend fighting an April 2004 Johannesburg High Court order which gave Mandela the right to instruct Ismail Ayob, his then lawyer, to stop managing his financial, personal and legal affairs.

The court order barred Ayob from selling any of Mandela's artworks.

The Star reported that Mandela's current lawyer, Bally Chuene, filed an affidavit last week in response to a lawsuit brought by the sisters, who are represented by Ayob.

Last month the sisters filed papers asking for Chuene, George Bizos SC and Human Settlements Minister Tokyo Sexwale to remove themselves as directors and trustees of the Mandela Trust and as directors of Harmonieux and Magnifique (Pty) Ltd with immediate effect.

In his replying affidavit, Chuene reportedly said he, Bizos and Sexwale had, in 2011, refused to release the trust's money to the daughters without a legal justification.

The Star reported that Chuene was adamant Ayob was behind the women's court action

Insecurity: Resign And Hand Over To A Capable Person – Buhari Tells Jonathan

Muhammadu_buhariPresident Goodluck Jonathan has been advised to resign from office over his failure to tackle the security challenges facing the country.
Former Head of State General Muhammadu Buhari (retd) who gave the advise while speaking to newsmen at his residence in Daura town, Katsina state yesterday, said, “Jonathan should vacate and give way to competent hand to govern the country.”
General Buhari said the issue of security is a fundamental duty of any responsible government and added that Jonathan, since he assumed power, has failed in that regard.
“When the Niger Delta militants started their activities in the South-South, they were invited by the late President Umaru Yar’adua.
“An aircraft was sent to them and their leaders met with the late President in Aso Rock and discussed issues. They were given money and a training scheme was introduced for their members. But when the Boko Haram emerged in the north members of the sect were killed,” General Buhari lamented.
“And when the police failed to address the insurgency, soldiers were invited and they captured the Boko Haram leader, Muhammad Yusuf alive and handed him over to police. But Yusuf was eventually killed, his in-law too was killed and their houses were demolished”, he said.
Buhari explained that the country is in its present situation due to the murder of the Boko Haram leader by security agents which angered his followers and suggested that a new approach to tackling the insurgency without affecting the lives and properties of innocent people should be adopted.
“In Bama and Baga towns, military personnel were reported to have been engaged in extortion and sometimes defiling of women. And because a soldier was killed in Baga the whole town was sacked by military. This is not the best way military should have acted when they were sent to restore law and order in a town. How can a responsible government allow its people to be killed in this way,” he asked.
He warned that the police, SSS, army, navy and Air force should know how to conduct themselves and act professionally.
“The soldiers are not expected to go and sack a town because one of them is killed. They are expected to capture the culprits for prosecution. After all the soldiers are not meant to tackle internal crisis but when it is necessary they should act professionally.
“Whoever is sent to protect people should also protect their integrity. When the former England’s Prime Minister, Margret Thatcher decided to hold its political meeting in Brighton the security advised her to cancel the meeting because of the IRN rebellions, but she insisted and held the meeting. The hotel she was accommodated was bombed and some of her political associates were killed but soldiers did not condone the area and kill everybody there, rather they conducted themselves professionally,” Buhari said.
While condemning the imposition of state of emergency in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa states, Buhari said it was not the best way to address the problem.
“Government cannot kill all the Boko Haram members. Government should rather arrest and prosecute the Boko Haram members. They should only be killed when they said clearly they wage war against their country like what happened during the civil war. And even during civil war we that fought in the war were given a copy of code of conduct book which guided us against killing innocent people”, he said.

Janet and John got married in 1999 and bore him a son the next year. In 2002, she gave birth to their second and in 2005, their third. Then the side of her husband she didn’t know existed began to emerge.
After a year of separation, Janet came back to work in Nairobi as a trader.

The police advised her to report him to the authorities if she ever saw him again.
