Tight Clothes Can Have a Damaging Effect On Your Health, Doctors Say

The pressures of continually evolving fashion have led both men and women into wearing ill fitting clothing. Here are some documented health problems from wearing clothes that are too tight:
1. Tingling Thigh Syndrome: Although rarely permanent, individuals who wear their jeans too tight can experience nerve problems called meralgia paresthetic. If your thigh tingles with no explanation, then it’s probably time to stop wearing extra tight clothes for your own good.
2. Yeast Infection: When women’s pubic areas are kept tightly under wraps by clothing such as tight jeans or underwear especially g-strings, the area becomes very warm and moist.  This makes it a breeding ground for bacteria and, as a result, can cause yeast infections and also urinary tract infections.
3. Back Pain: When trousers are low riding and too tight nerve compression in the back could occur and this leads to severe low back pain.
4. Fainting: Although the girdle isn’t as popular as it used to be, body magic and the like have taken its place. Tight clothing can restrict our ability to fully expand our lungs making breathing shallow and decreasing oxygen intake and this can lead to fainting.
5. Heartburn: Tight pressure against your stomach can increase abdominal pressure, causing acid to go back into your esophagus, resulting in heart burn and acid reflux.
6.  Abdominal Pain/Constipation: Tight trousers can slow down the digestive process.
7. Headaches/Blurred Vision: Wearing b*tton down shirts that are too tight in the collar or ties that are tied too tightly can decrease proper circulation to the brain and head.
8, Infertility: Tight fitting trousers can lead to bladder problems, twisted testicles, low sperm count and even infertility.
So, next time you are tempted to buy an extremely tight garment, think twice.  You might be putting your health at risk!
