Chinese man has new nose grown on his forehead after losing his nose in a car crash

A 22 year old Chinese man named Xiaolian has had a new nose grown on his forehead after loosing his original nose in a car accident. Xiaolian had the treatment to create a replacement for his original nose which was infected and deformed following the accident in 2012. He actually left his damaged nose unattended to after the accident which led to the infection and eventual deformity, leaving the surgeons unable to repair it.

Surgeons in China were left with no option than to create another nose for the man to breathe properly and then transplant it to the original place. The nose was created by placing a skin tissue expander onto Xiaolian’s forehead. This was cut into the shape of a nose and was supported by cartilage taken from the man’s ribs. Continue...

Surgeons say that the nose has developed well and that the transplant surgery will be carried out soon.

S*X IN STRANGE PLACES: See Couples Caught Having S*x In Church, Court Rooms And More… (PHOTOS) (18+)

These couple below who were caught romping on a city wall were not the only ones to display bare-faced cheek in the pursuit of passion.
A couple who had an intimate encounter in Shrewsbury town centre were left blushing after their steamy session was caught on CCTV.
Kevin Naylor, 25, was given a nine-month conditional discharge for drunk and disorderly behaviour while girlfriend Catherine Hughes, 19, received a caution.
But other lovers have been caught in similarly public acts in even odder places.
Check out some of the most unusual places people have got down and dirty in public…
Clock Tower

The stark unclad pair picked the balcony of the 105-year-old clock tower of the Grace Brothers building in Sydney, Australia, for their tryst. Situated opposite the Broadway Shopping Centre, they romped in full view of passers by below.

A unclad couple caught having s*x at a tram stop in romantic Croydon were ordered to move on when they were caught live on CCTV.
In a phonebox
photo
One couple took more than the law into their own hands – with a 40 minute phone box romp in full-on view right by Brighton JPs’ court in 2008.
In court
Judge Donald Thompson was jailed after being found guilty of using a man-hood pump while he was presiding over cases.
According to witnesses at his 2006 trial in Oklahoma, he used the s*x aid when cases were either incredibly boring or really sexy – you know how it is with murder trials. He was banged up for four years and disbarred.
In church
A couple in Cesena, Italy, put a whole new spin on worship when they ’took communion’ in the confessional booth during morning mass.
The police were called after members of the congregation heard ‘grunts and moans’. The couple – who were drunk – were cautioned for obscene acts and disturbing a religious function, which ‘religious function’ was disturbed we ask?
On a police car
For some people having s*x in public just isn’t daring enough and they must take it that extra mile by, for instance, having s*x on a police car. But not just any old cop car – one that has bobbies in it.
A randy Dutch couple – known for their clogs and proclivity to fornicate in full view of emergency service personnel – decided the bonnet was the place to bonk and say they didn’t notice the two cops sitting in the car (eating donuts and watching, no doubt).

The Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Wednesday in Abuja approved N29.7 billion for the execution of road and water projects in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
These include the construction of a dual carriage way linking Abuja and Kaduna through the Lower Usman Dam area of Abuja and the provision of water in parts of the Asokoro Extension in the capital city.
The Minister of FCT, Sen. Bala Muhammad, who made this known while briefing State House correspondents on the outcome of the weekly FEC meeting which was chaired by Vice-President Namadi Sambo said the projects were part of government’s statutory responsibilities to the people.
He said the projects were meant to provide complementary infrastructure in the area where more than N100 billion worth of investments would be put in place through the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) programme.
“Companies are coming to provide primary infrastructure in the areas and it is our own statutory responsibility or legal obligation to provide the complementary services like water and other infrastructure.
“Buildings are already coming up there. We are accessing private investment to the tune of N100 billion (there),” the minister said.
According to the minister, the road project which is part of the Lower Usman Dam project part II, will run through Bwari to Gurara, having earlier completed the first phase of the project at the cost of N13 billion.
He said the road project would gulp N28 billion, while the water project would cost N1.7billion.
“Council has agreed to approve this road and it is expected to run from Dutse Alhaji to access the northwestern part of the country through Kaduna as well as provide creating easy access to the lower Usmanu Dam project within the FCT.
“The project is costing N28billion, with a completion period of 24 months as well as cross cutting advantages of making sure that we provide complementary services such as housing, agriculture and water supply,” he added.
It was learnt that only 14 ministers attended yesterday’s meeting; a development the FCT minister said is of no consequence as the FEC has no need for a quorum to deliberate on issues

7 Signs She Doesn’t Love You Anymore

cheating_on_the_phone
In most cases when woman is no longer interested in a relationship she doesn’t want to be the one to end it. And sometimes, women tend to emotionally sign out of the relationship even before they come out and say it is over.

The signs below could mean she is losing connection with you (in which case you should try to reestablish intimacy immediately), or it could also mean she is completely over it and fallen out of love. Whatever the case, it pays to be prepared.
Here are 7 signs your woman is losing interest.
1. Dialing Out: She has not picked up your phone call in a few days, when you normally talk tow to three times a day before. She keeps coming up with different excuses as to why she is ignoring you, but her stories are not satisfactory.
2. She gets secretive: Women are known for wanting to share their stories and experiences with loved ones, especially the man in their life. Have you noticed she has not told you anything personal lately? This could be a sign that she no longer relies or connects with you.
3. Suspicious activities: When she picks up calls from other men while with you, or flirt with others without giving any consideration for how you feel, this could mean she does not respect you or your feelings, and that usually happen when she no longer had feelings for you.
4. Lack Of Physical Contact: She avoids physical contact with you. You cannot even hold her hand without her cringing in disgust. This is a definite sign that something is wrong.
5. No more fighting: This is perhaps the most subtle and the most overlooked. If your relationship has been rocky for some time now (you guys are having lots of fights) and lately she just suddenly stops arguing with you or has nothing to say when a fight comes up, don’t make the mistake of taking this to mean all your problems are solved. Often, women express their feelings with words, so when she stops talking, you should start worrying.
6. She avoids family/friends gatherings: Often times, women feel guilty when they are about to end a relationship and hanging out with your buddies when she knows she is about to break up with you soon will only make her feel guiltier. So she will more likely avoid a situation where she will have to be around your loved ones (friends or family). It is also the same if she tries to prevent you from hanging out with her own friends/family.
7: She doesn’t invite you to share: Just like she would not want to talk to you about her problems/experience, she will also not ask you to talk about yours. She no longer cares if you had a bad day, and when you do talk to her, she probably just give you non-committal responses like nodding and mumbling. She also does not contribute to such conversations anymore.

NIS Recruitment: We Didn’t Charge N1, 000 Recruitment Fee, Says Ministry Of Interior

Abba MoroThe claim by unemployed Nigerians that the Ministry of Interior was charging N1000 for applications to get recruited into the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has been vehemently denied by the ministry which said the fee per applicant, was for the cost of scratch card to access the recruitment portal.
It would be recalled that jobseekers, under the aegis of the Nigeria Unemployed Youths Vanguard had protested what they described as exploitation by the Nigerian government when they besieged the interior ministry’s premises on Monday.
But the permanent secretary in the ministry of interior, Anastasia Mabi Daniel-Nwaobia, who stressed that the ministry does not charge nor accept fee for jobs, advised those peddling such rumours to desist from it, as it was capable of denting government’s image.
Her words, “For the avoidance of doubt the Ministry of Interior and the Nigeria Immigration Service, do not charge and will not accept money for jobs, and anybody that demands and accepts money or bribes for job will be appropriately sanctioned in line with extant regulations guiding discipline in the service.”

NASU To Start Nationwide Strike Next Week

nasu-protest_0
The deplorable state of the university system since members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) embarked on an indefinite strike to demand that the government make good its promises as stated in the 2009 agreement the government had with the union, may even go worse as the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU), Tuesday threatened to commence a nationwide strike from next week.
National General Secretary of the union, Mr. Peters Adeyemi, dropped the hint in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, yesterday during the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the union.
According to him, “The decision to embark on the nationwide strike is due to the fact that the members of the union had not been paid for two months despite working to keep university system running during the ongoing ASUU strike.”
He said: “NASU will start its own strike action next week because we have been working and government has refused to pay our salaries, and for us, it does not make sense to continue to keep the system running when we are not paid.”
He added: “The reason for this is not known to us. Workers in all federal universities are not paid their salaries right now and that’s a big challenge. Government has not paid our salary for August and as we are talking now, today is September 24, they are effectively owing us two months salary and there’s no way we can continue to do this work on empty stomach, while they run around the globe with heavy stomach.”
The NASU General Secretary, who said no reason was adduced for their non-payment, added, “the unfortunate thing is that they have no explanation for non-payment of our salaries.
“That’s enough patience on our part despite the fact that we have our grouse before with the federal government; that things are not running well. But we think as Nigerians and parents, we don’t have to unnecessarily ground the system. But if you take this our maturity and level-headedness to mean stupidity, them of course, people that complain that we in the university system have ruined the future of students by going on too many strikes imposed on us by government will have no reason not to understand, if we go on our own strike next week,” he stressed
Also speaking, the national president of NASU, Mr. Ladi Iliya, blamed the National Assembly for fighting on their political interest and future at the expense of welfare of Nigerians.
The NASU president, who said the National Assembly should have deliberated on issue of persistent insecurity and ASUU strike when it resume session, described the attitude of the legislators as shameful.
