Couple Return Home From Cinema To Find A Unclad Man Sleeping With Their 2-Year-Old Daughter (Photos)

A couple returned home from the cinema to find a unclad man had beaten their grandparents to death and was defiling their two-year-old daughter.
Touch Chea, 71, and his wife, Sorn Sreap, 73, were found dead in Anchorage, Alaska, on Saturday night from significant blunt force injuries.

Police said both Sreap and the toddler were defiled.
Officers arrested Jerry Andrew Active, 24, as he fled the east Anchorage homicide scene wearing just his boxer shorts.
The registered s*x offender was later charged with first and second-degree murder, s*xual assault and burglary.
Active was on parole for an almost identical attack he committed four years ago.
In 2009 he entered a home in Togiak and sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl while the family slept. He then attacked three members of the family.
The 24-year-old served time in jail for attempted s*xual abuse of a minor and trespassing in 2010 and 2011, court records show.
He was charged with violating his probation this spring and was supposed to be on probation until 2014.
Police said the younger couple, who are in their twenties, went to a movie on Saturday night with their son and left the two-year-old in the care of Chea and Sreap.

They returned shortly before 8pm and found the door locked from the inside by the chain, but peeking through they could see the body of one of their grandparents.
The father told police he forced his way in through a window and discovered the bodies of Chea and Sreap.
They then discovered a unclad man in the bedroom with their daughter.
His wife called 911 and police dispatchers heard screaming over the phone. She reported a man had broken into her home and killed her grandmother, Sreap.
The man was described as being unclad with several tattoos.

The wife, who is pregnant, and her husband tried to keep the suspect from leaving and a struggle began, Police Sergeant Slawomir Markiewicz said.
The suspect, by then wearing boxer shorts, was able to get away after a few minutes of fighting, Markiewicz said.
Officers found Active about a block away.
‘He did offer some resistance but he was arrested,’ Markiewicz said.
The suspect apparently entered the apartment through a window, Markiewicz said.
The two-year-old was taken to hospital for a forensic physical examination, and it was discovered that she had also been physically assaulted.
She was taken to a hospital where she underwent surgery for her injuries.
Investigators were affected by the brutality and the ages of the victims, police department spokeswoman Anita Shell said.
‘They said this was the worst thing they had ever seen in their lives, and these are seasoned detectives,’ Shell said.
Police Sergeant Slawomir Markiewicz said yesterday that there are no indications that the victims were connected to the suspect.
‘It doesn’t appear that he knew them,’ he said. ‘It looks like a totally random act.’
The victims were part of an extended family that lived in a ground-floor, east Anchorage apartment with their granddaughter and her husband, who are the parents of the toddler and her four-year-old brother.
The younger couple’s 90-year-old great-grandmother also lives in the apartment and was at home during the incident.
Markiewicz said the case is unusual.
‘It’s certainly very rare to see this kind of violence – a complete stranger, sexually assaulting and murdering someone,’ he said.
The bodies of Sreap and Chea were taken to the state medical examiner’s office for autopsies. Names of the toddler and her parents were withheld.

Zambian Truck Driver Lands In Hospital After Bite And Stab Battle With Giant Python

Kelvin Katoka, 25, unknowingly ran into the giant snake, while driving his excavator in the bush at a copper mine in north western Zambia.

“Within no time, the python was all over my body and it then threw me on the ground,” he said from his hospital bed, where he has been recovering for nearly a month.

Rock pythons are Africa’s largest snake and can grow up to 23 feet long. They have been known to kill and swallow whole antelope, wildebeest and even crocodiles.

Attacks on humans are rare.

Mr Katoka managed to bite the python as it coiled around him and held on in a “long struggle”.
“It then clicked to my mind that I had a small knife in my work suit pocket and quickly, I rushed for it,” he recalled.
“I stabbed it in the sides of its body and slowly it started loosening itself but by then, I had become weak.”

The snake once again wrapped itself around his body and “started to apply saliva all over my face in readiness to swallow me,” he said.
Already weak, Mr Katoka started vomiting blood.
“I started vomiting blood and I lost vision of what was happening and that was how I became unconscious,” he said.
“It then coiled itself round my body to the extent that people could not see anything else apart from the python itself.”
Two workmates luckily came to where he had been working in Mwininlunga, 520 miles north west of Lusaka.
They killed the python, carried Mr Katoka away and took him to hospital.
“From the day I was attacked, I have known that my life will never be the same. I have pain in the ribs and I am very weak.”
“I am lucky to be alive, it’s by the grace of the Lord, I thought I was gone.”

In Ajangbadi, a suburb of Lagos, a married woman seeking solution to her barrenness was sexually abused by a trado-medical practitioner whom she visited for treatment.
For the hapless woman, it was a case of rubbing salt to injury as she stood before people to make these ugly revelations inside the courtroom of Ojo Magistrate Court.
Frequently relapsing to a “had I known” lamentation, the victim, Anambra State-born Ngozi, in an emotion-laden voice recalled her shameful encounter with the randy doctor.
According to her, after seeking the consent of her husband, she set out on that fateful day to seek a lasting solution to her predicament. She was determined to find a means to conceive again following a six-year break since she had her daughter.
Her determination led her to the doorstep of Dr. Emeka Oladibe, owner of Divine Health Centre, Akoje Street, Ajangbadi. After explaining her problem, she was advised to run a test to ascertain the cause of the delay in her conception.
The test result 24 hours later, revealed that the 27-year-old woman was infected with staphylococcus. Subsequently, she had to go back the following day to get herbal drugs for the treatment of the infections.
From that stage, Oladibe began to play hanky panky. He told her one of the drugs she must take has to be mixed with sperm before applying it to her private part.
Ngozi recalled the shameful incident. Her words: “When I got there the following day, the doctor was full of assurance. He even prayed for me. With that I gave him my trust.
He showed me the result of the test I did earlier. He claimed, I had staphylococcus and it has really eaten deep into my reproductive system. I broke into tears.
He told me the drugs he would give to me will be used through my private part. I was shocked on hearing that. I wondered why I have to insert something into my vagina.  He then told me that the herbs will be mixed with sperm.
After his explanations, I bought the idea and hoped to allow my husband do that for me during our privacy. We were still discussing about the usage of other drugs when I became dizzy and slept off. That was the only thing I remembered.
Later at about 3 p.m. that same day I woke up still in that counseling room. I touched my private part and noticed some whitish fluid that looks like sperm inside. I confronted him immediately; he simply told me that my problems are over, that I should be grateful to God that directed me to his place.”
Unable to bear the humiliations, she went home and reported every detail of her experience to her husband. It was an infuriated husband who stormed the clinic and dragged the alleged rapist to the police station.
When the accused was summoned to refute or affirm the heaps of allegations leveled against him, he brought a twist to the case. The 40-year-old man and father of three denied ever having sexual intercourse with the plaintiff.
In his defense, he came up with a totally different story. His words:  “Well I can’t not deny that Mrs. Ngozi did not come to me for treatment, before she came to me for treatment she has been my girlfriend for three years even before and after she got married to her husband.
We have been neighbours for years and that is when our friendship started. After her marriage, she left with her husband to the other side of the street.
Few years later, before her traditional marriage she came to me and said her husband is threatening to quit the union if she doesn’t get pregnant for him before the traditional marriage. She actually begged me to sleep with her but I refused because she was already engaged to somebody.
Few days ago, she came to me again but this time she came to me for treatment.  She confided in me that she was ready to do anything to secure her marriage which is in jeopardy. I told her there are drugs that I can give her to help fight the staphylococcus in her.
I didn’t touch her for one minute. I have a wife and three lovely children, so why would I do that to my patient.  My father that I served under did not teach me to sleep with other people’s wives let alone sleep with my patient.”
After hearing the two versions of the incident, the jury ordered that Emeka Oladibe should be reprimanded in Kirikiri Prisons until the outcome of the case.
